SHIPMENT
At Bulbby, we always try to send all packages to our customers as quickly as possible. All our products are manually printed and processed, so it takes a little more time to send the products.

NORMAL ORDER
If you haven’t specified that your order needs to be send as an express order, then it will be shipped 3 working days after we’ve received your payment. You will receive an order confirmation after you’ve paid. Within the Netherlands, we deliver with DHL and for other countries, we deliver with DPD. Usually, the delivery takes place the day after we’ve shipped the package. We always send a track&trace so you can follow the package yourself.

EXPRESS ORDER
When you’ve placed an express order on working days before 2 p.m., we will ship your order the same day. Here too, the same conditions apply as with a normal order, only we ensure that your products gets a higher priority in our production process. For an express order you pay €3.50 extra (including VAT).

PAYMENT
You can pay your order online at Bulbby. There are various payment options.

PAY WITH A BANK TRANSFER
You will receive the payment details by e-mail. You make the transfer online or by completing a transfer form and sending it to your bank. Consider a longer lead time. A transfer is free.

PAY WITH PAYPAL
If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website during the checkout. Paying with PayPal is free.

PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD
You can also pay the products with a credit card, such as Mastercard, VISA or AmericanExpress. If the transaction is authorized, Bulbby receives the order confirmation. If the transaction isn’t authorized, you will be notified. Paying with a credit card is free.

POSTPAY (KLARNA)
At Bulbby you can opt for postpay through a giro. This giro collection form is sent by e-mail and must be paid within 14 days. This payment option is executed by Klarna and costs €1.95 euro.

PAYMENT METHODS FOR COMPANIES
As a company, it is possible to pay on account and receive an invoice every month. Please contact our customer service to ask about the possibilities.
