GENERAL PAYMENT AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Bulbby (BULBBY), is located in Soest (Netherlands) and registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce with company id. 34219127.
1.1 On all our deliveries and services the following conditions are applicable (the “Conditions”)
1.2 By ordering at BULBBY you agree with these Conditions.
1.3 We may deviate from certain Conditions only upon written agreement with a customers. All other conditions will remain valid.
2.1 The prices mentioned on our website are pricing including VAT but excluding shipping and, in certain cases, processing costs.
2.2 Shipping costs are depending on the destination, weight and size of an order. We aim to be as efficient as possible in our shipping policy by trying to package most products to fit a mailbox. If your order does not fit a mailbox we will ship it as a package instead. Additional processing may be charged if you chose to have an order, for example, gift wrapped. Before you pay, all costs are calculated and we ask you to confirm the total costs for your order.
3.1 After ordering some of our products we will redirect you to our payment provider Triple Deal Payment Services. Triple Deal offers a wide variety of payment methods including, depending on your country, a number of local payment methods.
3.2 After finalizing your payment you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation.
3.4 We will start to process your order as soon as we have received your payment. Bear in mind that direct debit for example may take a few days to arrive at our bank.
4.1 We aims to ship an order within 5 working days after we have received your payment. We ship “urgent’ orders, for which we charge an additional fee, within 2 working days after payment.
4.2 Actual delivery of your order depends on your location. Bear in mind that BULBBY is based in the Netherlands (Europe) and that overseas delivery may take longer. Please don’t hesitate to contact our office if you need to expedite an order and we will aim to help you to identify the quickest shipping method.
4.4 BULBBY can not be held responsible for late shipment, damage or loss of a shipment by a shipment partner.
4.5 If due to unforeseen circumstances the total delivery time exceeds 30 days, you will have the right to cancel the order unless we have come to another agreement with you.
5.1 We at BULBBY strive to only deliver you perfect goods. However, if you don’t like the products that you have purchased at BULBBY, you will have the right to return the products within fourteen days after you have received them. If you apply for this right BULBBY will return your purchase price (minus shipping and processing costs) within 30 days after we have received your returned goods.
In order to be able to handle your returns we ask you to send an e-mail to email@example.com before you return the goods. In order for us to be able track your order please always mention: • your order number (the bb0x.xxxx number at the top of your invoice) • your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address
5.2 We will only reimburse original products. Be aware that you should not have (tried to) repair or adjust a product yourself.
5.3 Although we strive to have show the best looking colors on our website be aware that the actual colors can deviate from the colors shown at our website.
5.4 Since we personalize all our products on input provided by you, we can not be held responsible for spelling mistakes that you may have made by ordering the products. We therefore strongly advise our customers to carefully check their orders before finalizing the. If you did make a spelling error, please contact our office and we will on a best effort basis see if we can help you to “repair” the product.
5.5 If we have delivered you a wrong order we will always aim to get the correct order to you as soon as possible at no additional costs.
6.1 BULBBY can not be held responsible for direct nor indirect damages created by the (wrong) use of our products.
6.1 The content of this website has been created with great care. However we cannot guarantee that this content is complete or that some information is outdated or incomplete. We can not be held responsible for damages direct nor indirect created by the content of our website.
6.3 BULBBY is not responsible for type- or printing errors by which our sales prices have been represented wrongly. After recognizing such errors we will adjust these prices as soon as possible.
6.4 BULBBY is not responsible for deviations in color schemes nor sizes on the website in relation to our actual products.
6.5 BULBBY can not be held responsible for spelling mistakes made by customers in the order process. We urge customers to carefully check the spelling before they order the product(s).
6.6 Although we aim to produce our products with great care. The actual position and size of the logo’s and text can vary from was has been shown on the website. We can not be held responsible for deviations.
7.1 Without prejudice to its rightful rights, BULBBY has in case of force majeure the right, at its option, to delay the execution of your order or, without judicial intervention, to cancel your order by you notify you in writing. BULBBY can not be held liable for any damages, unless under the circumstances and according to standards of reasonableness and fairness this would be unacceptable.
7.2 Force majeure is defined as any failure to that can not be allocated to BULBBY since BULBBY has no direct influence on such failure either by law.
8 Applicable law and applicable court
8.1 Dutch law is applicable on all the rights, obligations, offers, contracts and agreements to which these Conditions apply.
8.2 All disputes between the parties will only be submitted to a competent court in the Netherlands.
