How can I place an order?

Step 1: After you have designed your product in the design tool.

• Press the "in shopping bag" button

Step 2: Next you see a pop-up with a confirmation that your designed product has been added to the shopping cart. Now you can choose;

• "Continue shopping" or
• "Proceed to checkout"

Step 3: If you choose "Proceed to checkout" you will see a overview of your order. Here you have the possibility to check your order or to adjust or remove products. On this page you can also add a gift box and a personal text. If you have a discount code, you can add it on this page.

Step 4: Choose the address where your order can be sent. It is possible to store multiple addresses, such as your home address, work address or someone else's address.

Step 5: Next you will reach the page with shipping options. Choose a shipping option and then you will be taken to the payment options page.

Step 6: Choose a payment method and your order is complete.

How do I pay at Bulbby?

Bulbby offers you a number of payment methods (depending on your country of residence). All methods are being handled by our third party specialist Mollie:

Within the Netherlands:

• Bank transfer: You have to take care of the payment yourself by wiring the money to TripleDeal. As soon as we have received your money we will process your order. Be aware that this process takes more time!
• iDEAL: iDEAL is a standard method for online payments within the Netherlands. By using TripleDeal we will start processing your order the same day.
• MasterCard, VISA, American Express: This is internationally probably the most used way for online payments. After a successful credit card payment Bulbby will start to process your order the same day.
• Klarna: At Bulbby you can choose to pay after your order is delivered. After you received your order, you can pay within 14 working days via a payment link you will get by e-mail.

Other countries: Bulbby supports local payments methods applicable for the country you live in. Mollie will show you all possible payment methods for your country. Credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, Amex) are accepted globally.

What is the delivery time?

At Bulbby we always try to send all packages to our customers as quickly as possible. There is (unfortunately) always a waiting time attached because all our products are printed by hand.

Normal order
If you haven't specified that your order should be handled as a express delivery then this will be sent within 2 working days after receiving your payment. You will receive an order confirmation after we have received your payment. Within the Netherlands, we deliver with DHL and for other countries we work with DHL. Usually the delivery is the day after we have shipped your package. In Belgium DHL does not deliver on Saturdays and it is good to know that packages that are shipped on Friday are often delivered Monday.

Express order
If you have indicated you want to use our express delivery and your ordered before 2 pm on working days, we will send your order the same day. Here too, the same conditions apply as with a normal order, only now we ensure that your product gets a higher priority in our production process. For an express delivery you pay €9,99 (including VAT).

Please note: also for urgent orders we are dependent on DHL and DPD who deliver our products to the customers. However, there is a 24-hour delivery appointment with DHL.

Does Bulbby deliver worldwide?

Yes, we do! Just fill in where we have to ship your purchase to and we will make sure it gets there!

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands an Belgium
A shipping price of €4,99 applies to all packages within the Netherland. A shipping price of €5,99 applies to all packages within Belgium.

Express order - Next day delivery
A order that is ordered before 14:00 on working days will be sent the same day. €9,99 euro extra.

Shipping in Europe
For all orders within Europe the maximum shipping costs are €10,00. The shipping costs are automatically calculated when placing the order.

Shipping outside Europe
For all orders outside of Europe the maximum shipping costs are €25,00. The shipping costs are automatically calculated when placing the order.

Pick up
You can pick up your order for free within three working days or the next day for €3,50. Bulbby is based in Amersfoort, The Netherlands.

Are all prices including VAT?

Yes, all prices include VAT.

What conditions must I meet as a foreign company (outside the Netherlands) for VAT exemption?

  • The billing address of the order is not in the Netherlands
  • You are registered with us as a company account
  • You have entered a valid VAT number

You then pay the invoice amount minus the VAT.

Can I send the gift directly to another address?

Of course! Just enter the address of the person you would like to have the gift shipped to! This can be anywhere in the world. Don’t forget to add a gift card to the gift!

I work during the day; how do I get my purchase delivered?

Bulbby aims to offer a selection of products that fits (most) mailboxes. For each product, we indicate whether this is the case. We always try to package your purchases in such a way to minimize the burden at the door delivery, so you won’t have to be home. However sometimes we need to make a package anyhow. Most delivery services notify you where to pick-up such packages in case you are not at home.

Can I always return my purchase?

Due to the personal nature of our products, the right to change, return and cancel your order will expire. An order can only be canceled if you have opted for a bank transfer and the payment has not yet been made. Of course you can always return your order if something is wrong with the product or with the printing.

When you accidentally ordered a product with a wrong print, such as an incorrect name or a spelling mistake, please contact our customer service and we will be happy to see what we can do for you!

What is personalization? What is a logo?

Bulbby’s products can be personalized for anyone. We do not only print a name or word on the product that you purchase but we also have a wide variety of designer logos. Our logos are created in such a way that the name, birthday, initials or whatever you’d like will be integrated into the logo. The combination of words and logo will be printed on the product that you have chosen.

How can I choose a product and/or personalize it?

Step 3: Personalize the product with your name and/or other text
Step 4: Add the product to your cart and order!

What is the quality of the logo print?

At Bulbby we use the most modern materials and printing processes. By doing so, we are sure that the logos will be printed permanently on the products. The print is very durable and washable (if applicable). We use a bright and full color scheme for the logos.
Some products can’t be washed in the dishwasher. To know if this is the case with your product, you can find it at the information on the page of the product.

Can I put the textile products in the washing machine?

Of course you can! We advise you to wash our textile products at a maximum of 40°C or 104°F and to avoid using a dryer. In addition, we strongly recommend you the wash clothes inside out and to iron the logo from the inside after washing.

How do I know whether the name or words fit in the logo?

Bulbby’s logo collection has been created in such a way that we allow a wide variety of words. However, if you wish to have a part of the requested data not to be printed in the logo (for example some logos require a birth place) please fill in a “-“ and we will skip that data.

Can I use my own logo design?

You can always choose your own text in our logo's. However, our standard set of logos are tailored for our products. If you would like to have your own logo printed, please contact us and we will see what we can do.

Are there any discount codes at this moment?

We recommend you to subscribe to our newsletter and/or follow us on our social media channels to never miss a discount again!

Do the discount codes work on all products?

The discount codes do not work on our (gift) packages. The packages already include a discount, so no additional discount is added.

I can't find the color combination I like, what should I do?

If you are looking for a specific color combination on a product and you can't find it, please contact our customer service! We are happy to customize it for you so you can order your desired color combination!
