Where can I now get my Bulbby bag personalised?
Bulbby bags can now be personalised through Simply Colors and Lief outlets. Bulbby continues to exist as a bag brand!

Will the quality of Bulbby bags remain the same?
Bulbby bags will not change, so the quality will remain the same as you are used to from the bags and the brand.

Does the quality of the personalisation remain the same?
Yes, because the products are produced and personalised at the same location, there is no change in the quality of the personalisation. The various techniques used for personalisation also remain the same as before.

I recently ordered from Bulbby, where can I find the status of my order?
Your order will be processed as you are used to, so you don't have to worry about whether your order will still be made and delivered. From now on, it is just not possible to place new orders at Bulbby.

I have a complaint about an order I previously placed with Bulbby, how will it be handled?
I'm sorry that you are not satisfied with your order. We will be happy to help you if you send an email to our customer service.

What happens to my account on Bulbby?
If you had an account in Bulbby's webshop, it will be/is closed. If you place an order through Simply Colors or Lief, you will be given the option to create an account again.

I have a discount code from Bulbby, can I still redeem it?
All generic discount codes issued through Bulbby will expire. If you have a gift card or voucher from Bulbby, please contact our customer service. If you have another question about discount codes or are in doubt about something, please also contact us.
